Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For any questions, comments or concerns regarding your order please email thechicbeautylounge@gmail.com.

Refunds(if applicable)

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. All refund inquiries are left to the discretion of the company ("The Chic Beauty Lounge"). Please email thechicbeautylounge@gmail.com for any questions, comments, or concerns related to your order. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thechicbeautylounge@gmail.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final

Exceptions (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at the customer service email thechicbeautylounge@gmail.co if item is defective or damaged. 

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.

 

Refunds for packages/sessions purchased with financing  

Packages are available and can be paid for via financing. If financing is secured for package sessions, all sessions must be used within a 60 day period. No exceptions. This will ensure the best possible outcome of treatment results. Once financing terms are accepted, the contract is between the client and Cherry. All questions regarding repayment should be directed to Cherry and discussed per the contract agreement. 

All package sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE after purchase; whether obtained through financing or other forms of payment. After 60 days of the start of treatment, all unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be used for credit towards future appointments. 

Any and all appointments that are considered NO SHOW, the client will forfeit that appointment and the session will be canceled and counted towards the number of total sessions, unless otherwise stated by The Chic Beauty Lounge. 


Shipping
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For any questions, comments or concerns regarding your order please email thechicbeautylounge@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for additional shipping costs for the returned orders/packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
